I just told the nurse who was taking down my vaccination info that I had Chicken Pox in my childhood. That was enough to preclude the varicella shot. She didn't ask for a titre to confirm it.
My immigration doctor told me that if i had chickenpox in childhood i do not need the varicella vaccine? Which i did at age 5. Please, let me know if anyone else was told the same , i will be going back to him on Wednesday for the physical exam. I don't want to get a RFE on that.

My 485/EAD/AP application was filed last month at NSC and the recipt date is 04/19/2007. First time when you apply for EAD at NSC how much time it will take approximately to get the EAD approval?

The way i read that statement is that DOS is being cautious and don't want to move the dates way ahead at one go, dates will move by some degree in May and then bulletin will have projected dates for future months, this way if DOS sees demand from porting in Sept, it may not move EB2 dates at all...My 2C.
If they add EB2ROW Fall across numbers(6-8k) from first 6 months it will be 20K towards EB2IC backlog. USCIS may need buffer since all pending cases are not pre-adjudicated and some cases will be denied.
20k can clear all back log until 01-JAN if they need buffer they can move to 01-MAR-2007( 2 months or 5k) or 01-MAY -2007 (4 months or 10k), worst case can go to 01-AUG-2007(7 months or 15k)! my guesstimate.;)

Overcome your fears, If you don't ask answer is no. No one before July 2007 thought that dates will become current for all categories but it did happened.
To me it seems a genuine demand, We need to bring this arguement/demand forward in very rational way keeping emotions aside.
Remember, This is in addition to whatever we are doing to expedite the GC.

I am on the same boat with you. Got a receipt # but it's void in their system while online status is still pending. They said my package was send back 50 days ago but my lawyer and I didn't see it yet. my lawyer only told me to wait and said there is nothing we can do but wait.. really frustrated

Everybody here is on common grounds. We are all in this forum to help each other with only one objective: to obtain our green cards. There is no need to make assumptions to make each other feel bad. With all we have to go through with the retrogressions and whatever comes with it, this is the last thing we need.
